Emergency Services Instructor Training
NFPA 1041 LEVELS 1 & 2
NFPA 1041 Emergency Services Instructor I
This course is designed to meet the needs of entry-level fire and emergency service instructors by meeting or exceeding the job performance requirements in National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1041, Standard for Fire Service Instructor Professional Qualifications, Chapter 4 "Fire Instructor I". The CFRC splits this program into two distinct parts; the online portion and the practical portion. Students must successfully complete both programs to be eligible to take the National Board on Fire Service Professional Qualifications (Pro Board) written exam and skills testing.
NFPA 1041 Emergency Services Instructor II
This course is designed to meet the needs of intermediate-level fire instructors by meeting or exceeding the job performance requirements in National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1041, Standard for Fire Service Instructor Professional Qualifications, Chapter 5 "Fire Instructor II". The Fire Instructor II course is designed around classroom lectures and exercises. The CFRC splits this program into two distinct parts; the online portion and the practical portion. Students must successfully complete both programs in order to be eligible to take the National Board on Fire Service Professional Qualifications (Pro Board) written exam and skills testing.
**Please note that NFPA 1041 Emergency Services Instructor I is a prerequisite for this course**
